First time building FMAR, been wanting to finish this for a while- now it's time to tune it and race! Concept for this car: with motor weight up front, trying out wide front wheelbase for strong front stability. Roller angles in rear and front, I'm set up to experiment with changes. This chassis all a bit heavy, will also experiment there. Special shout out to this cool racer, whose build posts inspired mine! https://mini4wdracer.wordpress.com/2016/01/29/fmar-build/ Also thanks to all the inspiration from FMAR builds in here! -- Update after racing: this car is FAST in the turns! Even at its heavy weight. Special thanks to Xuan for the tips tuning brakes and front roller angle! 4 strips of paper under front roller stay, gave about 3 degrees pitch. More pitch, slowed down cornering. Too little pitch, it jumped out of the lane changes! (That's how I broke the AR engine cover.) Best combo was full in front, narrow footprint rear. Fun.

is better. Thank you for good discussion^^
due to receiving strong-load because of contact with road surface,,,this means high position brake-
somehow, brake at front is a bit sensitive, as I experienced that my machine was broken at bank-
I think reason for fragile front at bank is due to low-brake&gray-brake.
front is fragile though, so next version I am working on is strengthening front
very strong stable in curves and technical track, and strong climb bank-
rear about 1 degree pitch
yes, was a great test car, approximately 2 degrees on front roller, also note rear roller pitch-
very cool car^^ By the way, have you tested about roller-angle? I am interested in the result. Thanks
also, thank you and everyone here- where I have learned so much from posts!
thanks! I learned the forward weight/wide build can be very powerful in slope turns!
フォローありがとうございます! かっこいいマシンですね!
